What is ASHK Career Connect?
Career Connect offers ASHK members the opportunity for a one-on-one, one-off, confidential career conversation with a senior actuary. This is not a formal mentorship scheme; rather, it is a practical way to gain senior perspectives, find career clarity, and identify your next professional steps.
How the Pilot Works
- Control: You choose the available Advisor that you wish to meet.
- Confidentiality: All conversations are strictly private to ensure open and honest dialogue.
- Flexibility: You and your Advisor will decide how and when to connect.
- Guided Support: Both you and your Advisor will receive a "Guide for the YAG Career Connect" (see below) to help you make the most of your session.
Limited Capacity & Registration
Advisor slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to register your interest early to secure a conversation with your preferred Advisor. If you are not successful this round, try applying again in the next round.
